What is The Investigator?

The Investigator is a web-based, interactive learning simulation designed to train HR professionals to effectively conduct workplace investigations in cases of harassment, violence, and retaliation.

The Investigator is the only available training product that engages learners in a virtual practice environment where they assume the role of an HR manager, practice having investigation conversations with virtual, fully animated characters, receive feedback on their decisions, and complete an investigation from start to finish.
