How does the free trial work?
Once you complete the sign-up form, we will set up an account for your institution which allow up to 15 faculty/staff members to access the course for 30-days. You can choose when the 30-day period begins. The course will include an online survey, allowing you to collect feedback from learners.

How do I announce the course to faculty and staff?
Email is the preferred method to announce the course. We will provide you with a marketing package, which includes suggested language for an email, a customizable flyer, and short trailer to help you announce and market the course in your school.

How do faculty and staff access the course?
The course is hosted on Kognito’s web portal. Each learner creates their own account and enrolls in the course using an enrollment key provided by Kognito. Learners can access the course from any computer with an internet connection.

What is the online survey?
The course includes an anonymous online survey to collect feedback from users. The results collected in each survey are made available to the school. For a small additional fee, schools can also choose to customize the questions included in the survey.

How do I know who in my school completed the training?
Your institution will receive one administrator account where you can view who launched and completed the course. Administrators can also view results from the survey, modify their customized counseling center page, and access the marketing package.

What types of payment do you accept?
Payments can be made using a purchase order or credit card. Contact us to get a customized price quote for your organization.
